“I don’t have any experience. Is that OK?” Yes! We always welcome new members and guests with training experience but it’s our great pleasure to introduce the sports of jiujitsu & kickboxing to people for the first time!
“I don’t want to be a fighter or compete – is it ok to train for other reasons?” Absolutely! Competitors make up a very small percentage of most gyms. The majority of men & women that train simply enjoy the physical and mental health benefits and the fun, active social aspects!
