Small Group Training


Class Format

Classes are one hour in length and include a brief warmup/mobility segment, an explanation of the day's workout, the day's workout performed in a small group setting and a brief cooldown/rehab session.  


You'll learn to safely and effectively utilize barbells, dumbells, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises and a variety of cardio specific machines to reach your strength and conditioning goals.  

What do I need to get started?

Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle and towel (optional).  That's it!  Show up 5 min before class times and we'll take care of the rest.
